About the opportunity:

This developer has always been committed to having offices and regions based on patch to developments due to the success this has.

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to progress into a Technical Coordinator role to provide support to the management team in the planning, coordination and design functions for each project from tender to post contract. You will also be assisting the Technical Manager in compiling preconstruction phase plans, checking drawings and responsible for RFI’s.

This opportunity is within the Housebuilding division to work on Traditional Build Housing schemes predominately in Essex but as far as Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £45,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

You must be degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar. We are considering professionals with Housebuilding experience from an Architectural Practice background or In-House Team and people from a Residential Developer / Main Contractor background.
