ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experiences of running projects alone or under supervision. The Ideal Quantity Surveyor will have 3-5 years’ experience post-graduation. Experience in a similar sector would be beneficial, but not essential. We encourage candidates from other sectors such as retail, leisure, residential and commercial to apply. This role offers training and further development with great progression opportunities within the business. You will be joining a fun and outgoing team who still maintain the highest levels of professionalism. The role offers flexible working with the opportunity to work from home 1 to 2 days per week. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be working on industry leading office fit out projects in London.

REQUIREMENTS

As a successful candidate for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role, you will have obtained a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying with 3-5 years’ experience post-graduation. Although not essential, experience in the fit out sector would be advantageous, but we accept applications from candidates who have worked in other sectors such as residential or leisure. The candidate will be organised, efficient in communication and driven in achieving a successful career. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on successful projects which can be discussed during the interview stage.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

My client is offering a competitive package with a salary between £40,000 and £55,000 depending on experience. On top of this, you can expect a company pension and generous bonus scheme on projects completed. The company offers flexibility on work with the opportunity to work from home one or two days per week. The company regularly partakes in social events at great locations in central London. You will be joining a fun and outgoing team.
