About the opportunity:

Our client’s extensive experience in managing projects means that they are well placed to advise on specification compliance, quality, cost and programming matters. Very delivery focused, they are seeking to employ an Assistant Project Manager to join their Project Management team in offering a tailored, end-to-end solution to each client requirement.

Learning from some of the Industry’s best, the ideal Assistant Project Manager for this position will be provided sufficient training to become naturally adept at all elements of project management of construction projects including, portfolio review and feasibility studies, and site assembly and acquisition, as well as preparation of the design brief, budget and project programme. You will work closely with the design team, manage the procurement strategy and maintain positive engagement with all stakeholders.

The professional suitable for this opportunity needs to have experience working in an Assistant Project Management capacity, working closely with senior management in delivering a range of projects, ideally within the commercial and retail sectors.

Exceptional client facing skills are a pre-requisite as is the ability to fully understand every element of a construction project.  You will also be required to travel as necessary and hold a full UK driving license
