Our client is a RICS regulated boutique Project Management Consultancy, based in Central London with a blue chip global client base including Developers, Investors and Occupiers, covering the Retail Logistics, Manufacturing and Corporate Offices sectors.

Established 7 years ago by Construction Consultancy professionals, our client’s services include Project Management, Project Monitoring and Programme Management for the delivery of New Build projects and fit outs.

About the opportunity:

Our client is enjoying steady growth and, as such, is looking to hire a bright and ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join this busy team in assisting in the delivery for new build, refurb and fit out projects for their blue chip global client base, including Developers, Investors and Occupiers, covering the Retail Logistics, Manufacturing and Corporate Offices sectors.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on your level of experience and however, you can expect a salary ranging between £30,000 and £35,000.

You will also be fully supported by the Director and the leadership team, and given training in your role as you work between the office and on site across London based projects, interfacing with the client in a Construction Project Management capacity.

About the requirements:

The ideal professional will have a RICS accredited Degree or demonstrate some relevant Project Management and industry experience gained from a PQS environment.

You will be an articulate, professional individual with excellent client facing skills and communication. You will also display excellent interpersonal skills, confidence and experience in dealing with people of all levels. In addition, you will have strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects.
