My client are currently looking to add to their dynamic, young and forward-thinking team based at their Central London regional office based in the heart of London. Differing from other regional offices within the Group my client’s Central London office offers a bespoke approach to create distinctive luxury properties in Central London locations that truly stand out from the crowd. My client currently has 10+ live developments across Central and Greater London, including £1 billion+ joint ventures, exclusive high-spec residential towers for private sale and affordable homes. With a huge pipeline of work this is the chance to join an extremely stable and profitable business.

About the opportunity:

My client have identified a requirement for an addition member of staff within their land team. Ideally, they are looking to bring on someone with room to grow and learn new skills whilst also having a solid development background and prior history of purchasing a site. You will be working directly with a highly experienced and personable Senior Land Manager and Development Director who will always be willing to lend advice and guidance when needed. You will be looking to purchase sites for the 2021 / 2002 forecasts on a variety of privately led and housing association projects across East London.

You will working alongside like-minded individuals in the Land Department, all sharing common targets both as a team and companywide. In addition, you will be set clear and achievable objectives in order to progress yourself further. About the benefits and rewards:

A basic salary of up to £40k per annum plus car allowance and company benefits, including a generous commission structure.
