About the opportunity:

It wasn’t too long ago I assisted a Technical Management Trainee into a new career with this housebuilder. This professional has now been promoted into an Assistant Technical Coordinator position and is doing exceptionally well –this could be you!

The Technical team is responsible for leading the design of the projects, one of the most vital roles to have during the process, where you will have involvement from inception to completion. A range of specialists within the Technical department includes Architects, Engineers, and Technical & Design Managers, either carrying out in-house design functions or managing design consultants. The team acts as a primary focal point for a housing developer in providing practical, cost-effective and desirable products. The department provides a technical involvement in the initial pre-purchase site evaluations; the preparation and submission of planning applications; both engineering and architectural designs; and a continuing involvement in projects right through to their final completion, including the handover of roads, sewers and communal open spaces.

If you are just finishing college or school or about to graduate from University and you are keen to enter the world of structured development to follow a professional career path, then you may want to consider beginning your career with this housebuilder. Their Trainee programme offers a structured development path to equip trainees to become qualified professionals. For those that don’t already have a degree level qualification in a construction related discipline, trainees attend college to gain the relevant qualifications. These are fantastic opportunities learning directly from teams of specialists and business leaders.

This is a company where you can learn, grow and be recognised for your efforts. You will be considered as the most valuable asset to the business and the foundation upon which they have achieved success.

About the benefits and rewards:
