About the opportunity:

As an Architectural Technologist you will provide a full development package from planning to practical completion including all design, working drawings and construction.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain extensive experience within the housing sector, whether it  is with apartment layout designs or high-rise construction and estates. Opportunities to visit site, attend site meetings and liase with consultants will arise assisting with your training and development leading to progression within circa two years.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in-line with performance.

In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £20,000 basic salary plus package. You will also be rewarded with an annual bonus, healthcare, , pension, childcare vouchers, employee share schemes, and professional training and development opportunities.

About the requirements:

Ideally, you will need a Degree in Architectural Technology and must have good IT proficiency especially, AutoCAD Architecture 2016, Revit Architecture 2016, MS Word and Excel. As a person you will have a hunger to progress with a proactive approach, have an organised and methodical approach to your work, good verbal and written communication skills, be a team player and be able to learn to produce working drawings accurately.
