With a proven track record for over 20 years and 7 live developments, they pride themselves on having an excellent reputation for building high-end signature new homes, backed by an industry leading level of client relations and after sales service.

With the benefits an in-house design team, they manage the process thoroughly designing homes, submitting planning applications and working closely with clients to develop a cost plan, through building the home and providing a support service post-handover.

About the opportunity:

You will be responsible for the coordination and production of architectural design and detailing, assisting in delivering the project safely, on time, to the required standards and within the budget while maximising client satisfaction.

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £45,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

You must be degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar.  We are considering professionals with residential experience from Architectural Practices, Developers and Contractors. Ideally, you must be capable of working on multiple projects or tasks at any time to suit the business demands and must be technically astute with a problem-solving attitude.

Furthermore, you are expected to have excellent communication skills as a large part of the role will involve coordinating with the Commercial and Construction Management teams.
