About the Company:

My client is a privately owned business and renowned residential developer delivering high-quality homes in a range of formats including traditional build housing developments to apartment blocks, listed restorations & conversations and large-scale regeneration schemes. They have a broad area of operation with developments running in Cambridgeshire, Essex, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Kent and the outer London boroughs.

The business is forward-thinking and run a number of supporting business such as logistics, enabling them to maintain fully project control. They also have off-site production facilities allowing them to pre-manufacture and standardise many of their build components, enabling them to ensure quality and drive build programmes.

About the Role:

As a member of the Architectural team you will have the opportunity to work across a range of bespoke and unique developments with the full autonomy of creating and delivering detailed drawings in AutoCAD.  As a successful applicant you will have significant experience of producing working and detailed drawings ideally with new build residential developments and have an extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations. You will have achieved either an HND or foundation degree in construction, built environment or architectural technology.

 About the Requirements:

Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar, ideally, you will have residential development experience with an Architectural Practice, In-House Design team or Residential Developer.

The professional must have good communication skills; strong relationship management skills; excellent time management; the ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team and have experience in AutoCAD & MS Office..
