Our client is an award winning residential developer specialising in creating luxurious new homes throughout the London and Home Counties areas. They build large bespoke houses through to high end residential apartments and have gained a fantastic reputation in the industry through their high quality product.




To be a contributing member as well as working alongside the other members of the Construction & Technical Department in supporting the administration of key tasks in each project. To be the central point of contact for both departments, specifically for the site teams.


Responsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role)


Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will be responsible for:


Organization of all aspects in relation to Utilities on each project, including: –

  • Appointment of consultant to provide project Utility Infrastructure Support services.
  • Arranging for Utility searches, disconnections, supply quotations, new connections etc. for projects where Utility consultant is not available.
  • Co-ordination of meter readings and transfer of Utilities to client on completion of purchase.


Supporting the administration of project CDM (Construction, Design & Management), including: –

  • Obtaining quotation for project CDMC/F10 (usually in line with project Pre-Start Programme).
  • Requesting information from other departments before passing on to CDMC.
  • Working with Construction department to update any information for the duration of the project following handover to Construction/start on site.


Supporting the administration of project Building Regulation submission, including: –

  • Obtaining a quotation for project.
  • Registration of the project.
  • Submission of information bundles (provided by the project Technical Co-Ordinator) – usually via the online portal.


Supporting the administration of the project Structural Warranty, including: –

  • Submission of information bundles (provided by the project Technical Co-Ordinator) – usually via the online portal.


Supporting the administration of Technical Information/Drawing Control, including: –

  • Drawing filing assistance for ‘Main Contractor’ projects.
  • Distribution of drawings/information to Site Managers


General administration to the Construction & Technical department, including taking and issuing minutes, manage meetings, arranging and monitoring training and updating the matrix and WISE portal.


Issue the weekly build summary and follow up with site manager accordingly


Work with the Construction Managers to compile Construction Phase Plans.


Responsible for document control


Issue safety notifications and department communications to site.
