About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our clients expanding Eastern Home Counties division to work on their Development in the Chelmsford area.

As a Customer Service Manager, it will be your responsibility to ensure that their customers receive a 5* experience. You will do this by attending customer meetings, attending End of Defect Inspections, and monitoring contractors and Customer Service Operatives whilst remedial works are being undertaken as well as ensuring any customer issues are fully investigated and resolved promptly and efficiently.

This is an ideal job for someone who is either currently working as a Customer Service Manager for a similar company, or a Customer Service Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career.

£480pcm or company car (including EV’s and PHEV’s), Pension (3% Emp / 8% CP) – 15% bonus, 25 days holiday (&3 Christmas & BH’s), private medical which is non-contributory for dependants.
