The Company

Our Client is a successful SME Contractor operating out of Hertfordshire. They service works across London and the Home Counties and offer construction & maintenance services to their clients. They cover private and public sector new build and refurbishment contracts. Working on buildings varying from high end residential, hospitals, commercial space, churches to leisure and sporting centres. Recent successful tendering has led to a strong order book for 2019 which has led the need to selectively recruit for key roles within the business.

The Role

My client is seeking a Maintenance Manager lead to lead their maintenance division with a current turnover in excess of £7m and a number of core blue chip clients. The role will be managing a division consisting of schedulers, administrators, contract supervisors & multi trades. Core duties will include

  • Personnel Management
  • Oversee and drive procedural enhancements
  • Client & Key Account Management
  • Performance management
  • Responsibility for P&L
  • Reporting at board level

The role will offer the individual the opportunity to hold a key role within a group of companies, and the potential to work towards a directorship role. The business offers a very friendly working environment.

Salary/ Benefits

Salary will be £45,000 – £60,000 per annum + package (travel, health, pension)
