Our privately-owned client, based in Central London is a leading name in the Piling industry. They have been operating for around 40 years. They have an excellent reputation in the Piling industry, their services include: Piling, underpinning and basement works. As they are a specialist Piling contractor they have a mixture of repeat business and constantly engaging with new clients to work on a wide spread of projects. The variety of projects give you a real opportunity to be part of a company who are more than one dimensional.

The yearly turnover of our client is approximately £15M. This has been achieved through being market leaders; their use of new technology and from completing projects budgets within set time parameters.

About the opportunity:

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for Geo Environmental Engineer with experience in Geo technical and contaminated land. This position will enhance your career with their award winning training and development. You will be working and learning from the senior team who have a vast range of professional qualifications including: health and safety etc. As the business evolves and moves forward it’s important to our client that you move forward too. Not only this as a Piling professional you will also have the opportunity to be a part of projects that go outside of the Piling framework including underpinning and basement works which will expand your experience. What this role offers is a chance to expand your experience and learn new aspects to land works. By doing this you will be able to enhance your career with a broader knowledge base which can be applied to your daily responsibilities.

As a Geo- Environmental Engineer, you will need to provide Geo-technical and contaminated land remediation support through sampling, analysis, site investigation and site assessment. You will be based in Central London however, projects will be based in and around London.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, candidates will need to be degree qualified to be accepted for this position. Additionally, candidates must have proven experience of working at this level whilst employed by a civil engineering contractor in the UK.

About the benefits and rewards:

For this permanent position, I am targeting individuals looking to earn anywhere from 35,000 – £55,000 per annum however, there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on previous experience and suitability. The company also provides a good package with car allowance etc.
