About the Opportunity:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced consultant to join our successful residential development team. This team generate £400,000 per annum and benefits from a very established and mature client base, covering mid-sized privately-owned companies up to large PLC entities. You will be working alongside an Associate Director of the business who has over 10 years’ experience in the built environment.

Your focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with clients in the residential sector to assist them in recruiting permanent white-collar positions. Doors will be open; candidates will be available and you will be able to get up and running very quickly. It will provide you with an immediate platform to have a real impact on the business.


About the requirements:

The most suitable applicants will have experience in recruiting for a range of permanent positions ideally within the residential development field but this is not essential. It would be an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of recruitment within the construction industry, but again this is not essential. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to interact with business professionals courteously and articulately and, most importantly, you will be self-motivating and capable of managing your time.

Remuneration will be extremely generous. We base salaries on the experience and abilities of each professional but offer beyond the typical level seen in the industry.
