You will be introduced to a consultant that has expertise in your industry sector, who will become your single point of contact. Their ongoing knowledge of your business, previous recruitment work and other details ensures we can deliver consistency and quality.

After an initial fact-finding meeting, we will focus within your specialist sector to identify the best candidates via a process of profiling and screening. We interview the best candidates and provide reference checks in order to produce a high quality shortlist.

The next phase involves formal interviews and offers, which we manage throughout, to ensure the timely appointment of the successful candidate.

The Cityscape approach is never volume-based. Our consultants’ background in construction means we know the sector and its key players – knowledge that is used throughout our processes to find the right candidate for every client.
