2017 – A year in review

As January 2018 (finally) came to an end yesterday, we’re having a look back at what we achieved in 2017.

Here is an overview of our 2017 in numbers:


As the numbers show, we had a good 2017. And, most importantly the numbers tell a good news story for our candidates.

We placed 20% more candidates in 2017 than we did in 2016. And across the company, for every five interviews secured, one resulted in a candidate placement. We pride ourselves on sourcing the right candidate for the right role; it’s great to see this approach is benefiting not only our candidates but our clients too. Our Consultants also excelled. Our prime objective is to maintain a high quality of service for our clients and candidates. We work hard on a consistent basis to deliver on this and as such, achieve real successes – on average we helped secure 24% more candidate placements and, in turn, were rewarded with 72% higher fees per consultant than the industry average. We ensure that everybody within the business gets to enjoy the benefits that come with that success. If we can’t have fun on the journey then what is the point in working so hard?! As Nathan, our MD wrote in his blog – IRP Awards – Celebrating the end of a positive year – we have a clear focus on good practice and strongly believe our approach will help us meet and excel in any challenges that may come our way in the year ahead. We’re all excited to see what 2018 has in store.
