Our client is a top 30 Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, renowned for their expertise in Design, Installation, Renewables, and Maintenance Projects. Founded over 40 years ago, they have grown from strength to strength and now have three offices across the southeast of England. Throughout their time my client has established relationships with some of the industry’s leading names, working across the Commercial, Residential, Leisure, and educational sectors. Due to some impressive project wins, they are now seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team
ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor for a major project in Milton Keynes. This role involves managing the financial aspects of the contract from estimation to final account. Key responsibilities include preparing and analysing cost reports, ensuring budget adherence, and making necessary adjustments based on project developments. You will also prepare valuations and variation quotations, present monthly cost reports, and attend client and site meetings to ensure effective communication and project progress. This is a great opportunity to join a leading contractor on a high-profile project.

Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history.
