ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced senior level Project Manager to take control of a £100m+ new build modular residential project in West London. This project is underway already, with 1 of the phases already complete, but with more phases to go the project needs a competent, client facing PM to manage the progress of this monster job, working closely with the young team.

This project requires a Project Manager with experience on similar projects who can manage the programme, working under a highly experienced Construction Director and alongside a full site team. The role will require a manager who is able to manage a project of this spec with little or no supervision, utilising previous experience to get this job over the line on time and on budget with a focus on quality of delivery and health & safety. This project will act as a steppingstone into the business for the right individual, with internal promotion and long term progression a real focus for this company.

The successful Project Manager will be client facing, have very good extensive experience in managing major residential projects and capable of dealing with stakeholders at the top level.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have direct and relatable industry experience, ideally with experience of working at a large Irish contractor working on large residential projects working as the number 1 on schemes of up to £40m. The preferred candidate would have had experience at a top-level main contractor and looking for a permanent and long-term role with an eye for long term progression.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry and experience on related projects. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary starting from £100,000. The package will also include various benefits relating to travel and healthcare.
