My client covers a wide range of exicitng interior projects from workplaces to residential. ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their team. This is a key role that will see you managing the pre-construction phase of high-end interior fit-out and commercial fit-out projects, ensuring seamless project planning and delivery.
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to drive pre-construction activities, including tender preparation, cost estimation, and value engineering. You will also oversee the development of project programmes, risk assessments, and compliance to ensure all client requirements and industry standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a client-focused approach. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivering meticulously planned projects that align with timeframes, budgets, and quality expectations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results in the commercial fit-out industry.

When you first contact us, be that through direct contact, responding to an advert or applying through our website, we will connect you with a consultant who works in your specialist area.
Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history. They will encourage you to go into detail about your background and experiences, capabilities and responsibilities, personal circumstances and any other factors they feel are relevant to help them build up a well-rounded profile of you.
