The projects that they get involved in range in value from £200,000 up to £24M and they see them through from inception to completion. Their Pre-Construction team has a tremendous amount of experience of over 40 years within Rail and Civil Engineering which helps the more junior staff to learn and train correctly.

Due to some internal promotions within the company my client is now looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their very experienced and senior team. The section of the contract you will be working on will be valued at £17M a year working on major rail and highways projects. As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the Long Stratton Bypass, a 3.9km single carriageway project that will improve journeys, enhance accessibility, and create opportunities in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Senior Quantity Surveyors, managing costs across multiple projects, ensuring each is profitable for the Company. You will be involved with the reviewing, evaluation and delivery of payments as well as developing client relationships.

I have used Cityscape Recruitment multiple times over the last 5 years. Very pleasant to deal with and all candidates put forward for interview are well suited to the position and well vetted by the team, so there is no time wasted with unsuitable applicants. I would highly recommend Cityscape. I intend to use them again in the future should any vacancies become available.
Operations Director,
Platt and Reilly Ltd
The Cityscape Recruitment team has always been great to deal with. Always ready to listen to our needs and requirements, a quality some recruiters do not appreciate or have, then advising where they can assist in our staff procurement. We look forward to working with Laura and Cityscape in the coming years.
