ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an individual to perform the following:

  • Maintain a high standard of presentation for the site and the sales complex.
  • Ensure all relevant information needed to provide accurate details to purchasers is consistently available and up to date.
  • Proactively follow up with leads provided via email or telephone.
  • Guide potential purchasers through show homes, stock plots, and the site to effectively showcase the product.
  • Regularly liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors.
  • Meet sales targets in accordance with business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is preferred.
  • Proficient administration skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Excellent knowledge of; GDPR Implications, The Property Mis-descriptions Act, The Data Protection Act, The Consumer Code for House Builder.
  • Flexible working pattern, with availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice.
  • Holds a full driving license and has access to a vehicle for business travel.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £27k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be a commission structure and further company benefits.
