ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a wide range of building surveying services across the commercial and education sectors, including:
– Building Surveying / Pathology
– Condition Surveys
– Project Management
– Contract Administration
– Feasibility Studies
– Dilapidations
– Employer’s Agent
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
– MRICS qualified
– Strong client-facing skills
– Proven experience in business development
– Experience in a proactive commercial environment
– In-depth knowledge of commercial building contracts
– Ability to meet fee targets and build lasting client relationships
– Commercially aware and tech-savvy
– High level of technical building knowledge
Skills and Behaviour:
– A team player who can also work independently
– Confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal
– Business-minded with a focus on building client relationships
– Strong understanding of client needs and expectations

When you first contact us, be that through direct contact, responding to an advert or applying through our website, we will connect you with a consultant who works in your specialist area.
Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history. They will encourage you to go into detail about your background and experiences, capabilities and responsibilities, personal circumstances and any other factors they feel are relevant to help them build up a well-rounded profile of you.
