ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing team, working on an exciting mix of public and private sector projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to lead diverse, high-profile projects while contributing to a progressive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver cost-effective solutions across all assigned tasks
– Perform duties efficiently, following established processes and procedures
– Oversee procurement, commercial, and contractual strategies
– Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
– Degree in Building Surveying or related technical discipline
– MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body
– CDM / Health & Safety experience
– Strong specification writing skills
– Contract Administration (CA) experience, including JCT contracts
– Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion
– Skilled in engaging with multiple stakeholders
– Client-facing with exceptional technical delivery standards
– Ability to build long-term client relationships
– Previous consultancy experience
– Team-oriented, flexible, and driven
