Salary - £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)

• Must have experience of pricing GROUNDWORK and RC FRAME packages

The Clients:

I have three contractors each looking to fill the same role. The locations of each company office are in North London, Hertfordshire and Middlesex. Each company specialise as groundwork and concrete frame subcontractors and operate in and around London and the South East. Current turnover for each business is from £30 million P/A to £60 million P/A. Company names can be divulged before details are submitted.

The Roles:

Each of these roles requires a candidate with existing Estimating experience while working for a direct competitor or a similar civil engineering contractor. Some of the businesses use estimating software such as conquest and although previous experience on this package would be beneficial, it is not completely necessary. The priority is that experience pricing the same type of packages can be shown. Groundwork and RC package values range from £1 million up to £15 million.
