Modebest was established in January 1994 by Albert Dravins and Eamonn Scanlon. Both directors had gained valuable experience in the industry, having worked for a number of years for leading groundwork and reinforced concrete frame contractors prior to establishing Modebest Builders.

The directors felt the time was right for a new groundwork and reinforced concrete frame contractor to enter the marketplace and hence, the inception of Modebest Builders Limited.

Their aim is to offer a competitive tendering service, on-site performance and completion within budget and on programme.

What they do:

SITE CLEARANCE AND ENABLING WORKS
Provision of site clearance facilities, temporary access roads and site services prior to initial site commencement.

SUBSTRUCTURES
Foundation and drainage installation along with temporary works design where required.

REINFORCED CONCRETE FRAMES
Formwork, reinforcement and concrete placement along with formwork / falsework design capabilities.

EXTERNAL WORKS
Installation of all types of hard landscaping products - concrete, paving slabs, kerbs, etc.

OVERSEAS
They operate a construction service in Holland & Belgium, with a view to expanding this service to other EU members states.
